What's the cost ?

Packaging and shipping costs are included in our prices for all our customers worldwide. We want you to enjoy the art and collectibles at the same price wherever you are. 

Most Galerie Geneva orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives at your country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).

If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Our canvas are rolled ready to be stretched by your local framer. Some canvas may be stretched and will ship ready to hang.

We ship via Fedex which includes tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes and will contact you for an alternative address.

When do you ship ?

In Stock Items

Confirmed orders for art that is in stock can take up to 7 days for us to process and ship.

 

Shadow Stock & On Show Items

Shadow stock items are artworks that are held with our studio suppliers and brought in when we receive orders for them. Usually it takes about 10 to 21 days for us to receive artwork once we have requested it from the studio. Once the artwork arrives we check it, package it and ship it directly to you.

Occasionally our art might be out on show at other galleries or in exhibitions. If you order these pieces they have to be returned to us before we can ship your order. Usually this takes between 10 to 21 days for art to arrive back. Once the art is back we turn it around and ship it to you.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be issued to you via email once your package has shipped. Please keep in mind that it may take a little time for a tracking number to become LIVE on the Fedex/Royal Mail website so If your shipment cannot be found it does not mean it has not been sent. If you have any concerns please contact us.
