Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, this means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order in which to notify us of your wish to exchange your item for a replacement or return your item for a refund. Once you have notified us of your intention to return your product you have a further 14 days ship your artwork back to us.

For us to be able to issue an exchange or full refund ( minus any import duties or additional fees imposed by your country ) your product must be in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition with its original packaging intact.

Unfortunately products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.

Whether you need a replacement piece of art or wish to receive a refund on your order, the first step is to get in touch with us to discuss your issue with the product. If we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction we will issue you with an RMA number for your return that needs to be included on or inside the package.

Personalised & Commissioned Artwork

On occasion we may offer the ability for you to have your artwork or collectable signed by an actor, voice talent or artist. These items can not be resold once they have been personalised for you therefore artwork and collectables that have been personalised can not be returned or refunded. 

It is occasionally possible to ask PULSE to have artwork commissioned specifically for you. As these types of artworks are completely original and made for you specifically we can not accept a return or issue a refund on these types of artworks and collectables. 

Refunds

Once we have received your product with its enclosed RMA number we will check that everything is in order and issue you with your refund within 72 hours of receipt.

Please remember that we will only refund the cost of the original purchase, additional fees and or import duties incurred on the original purchase can not be refunded.


Shipping Charges

We are sorry but shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage when returning a product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable insured service when sending back your item for exchange or refund.

We can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit to Galerie Geneva.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately and we will sort out the problem for you.

Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded.
